way of working

1backslash

introduction

We are committed to building long-term relationships, which is why it's crucial for us to understand your needs and the DNA of you as a customer—are we a match? We are happy to take the time to get to know each other and discuss potential solutions.

2backslash

setting objectives

It's important to understand the goal and not dive straight into a solution. Around this goal, we build solutions, and throughout the process, we can ensure that we are still working towards the same objective.

3backslash

strategy

Now that the objective is set, we can create a plan to achieve it as efficiently and effectively as possible. For this, we combine your expertise and ours in sessions, and by the end, we'll know how to start. Of course, in most cases, it's a continuous process of analyzing and adjusting until the right formula is found.

4backslash

design

We now have a plan for our approach; the next step is to give it form—what will it look like? We always start with sketches, also known as wireframes (UX). Once these are to your liking, we color them in, creating a full-fledged design (UI). When all screens are approved, we, if possible, break them down into reusable blocks (components), so we have a precise map of what needs to be built.

5backslash

development

The foundation is being laid to ensure a secure and high-performing website and/or application. Together, we prioritize which components we will tackle first. Thus, every sprint (depending on what has been agreed upon, for example, every 2 weeks), we deliver a piece of the construction that is immediately usable. This allows parts to go live while we build and deliver other sections. Should there be any changes along the way, we can quickly and flexibly adapt.

6backslash

monitoring and further development

Now that the construction is complete, we can continue to develop by conducting thorough analyses, applying A/B testing (read more about this [link to article]), and trying out new initiatives. We monitor market developments and anticipate in time to minimize major maintenance (SLA).
