We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Flutter Developer with experience in integrating AI-driven features to build advanced mobile applications. You will work closely with our technical team lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Netherlands and India.

This is a hands-on development role with high impact and visibility.

Qualifications & expectations

2+ years of professional experience with Flutter and Dart.
Experience building and deploying cross-platform mobile apps.
Familiarity with AI/ML APIs or SDKs (e.g. OpenAI, TensorFlow Lite, Dialogflow, etc.).
Good understanding of RESTful APIs and state management (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.).
Solid grasp of software engineering principles and modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – professional fluency required.
Ability to work independently with remote teams under guidance from a senior tech lead.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

You’ll get an extra edge if you have:

Experience with Firebase, Supabase, or similar BaaS platforms.
Knowledge of AI model deployment or prompt engineering.
Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Scope of responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (iOS and Android).
Integrate AI-powered functionalities such as chatbots, personalization, automation, or prediction engines via APIs or local models.
Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and AI engineers to build seamless user experiences.
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and regular code reviews with the team lead (based in India).
Work independently while staying aligned with team goals and timelines.

You talk to Team Lead and Talent Partner leading you through the selection process. You get to know Falley B.V., your potential future team, and position, while we also get to know you. It can also include a live coding assignment to better assess your technical knowledge.

Final interview

You talk to the Head of the department, Team Lead, and the Talent Partner. You get a deeper insight into the position and our expectations, while we get the opportunity to ask you more specific questions.
